Role of Grupo Fertiberia in the project
Grupo Fertiberia is participation in the project through two of its companies:
- Fertiberia S.A. will be in charge of the validation on site of two prototypes, including two ammonia crackers, PEM FC systems and engines in ammonia-to-power solutions for the maritime industry. Fertiberia S.A. will lead WP4.
- Fertiberia Corporate will collaborate in Health and Safety analysis (WP5). An HSE assessment inspired by HAZOP/HAZID protocols and procedures will be performed on documents resulting from the 2-3 use cases for the “Design of the power conversion system in a ship” task on WP2
